Get your data deleted.

Right in the app (recommended)

1. Open settings: Tap the gear icon at the top of the main menu.
2. Choose "Delete my data": At the bottom, under "Account & data". Confirm the safety prompt.
3. Done: Your data is deleted immediately and PlayPact restarts completely fresh.

Without the app, by email

If you no longer have the app or deletion in the app doesn't work:

1. Find your friend code: Open PlayPact and tap "Friends" in the main menu. Your personal friend code is shown there. We use it to find your data — PlayPact has no traditional account with email or password.
2. Send an email: Email kontakt@meipak-studios.de with the subject "PlayPact data deletion" and your friend code. If you no longer have the code, tell us your display name and roughly when you last used PlayPact.
3. Get confirmation: We delete your data within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email.

What gets deleted

• your profile (display name, avatar, platforms),
• your friend code and all friend connections,
• pending room invitations to you and your list of blocked people,
• your memberships, likes and swipes in all rooms that still exist,
• your anonymous Firebase identifier,
• if applicable: your entry in the beta tester list.

What is not deleted

• Your deletion request email is kept as proof for up to 12 months and then deleted.
• Server logs of the hosting service (e.g. IP addresses) are deleted automatically by the service after a short time and are not linked to any profile.
• Game suggestions are anonymous and not linked to anyone; they are kept.
• Reports you submitted about others are kept until they have been handled (at most 6 months) so we can follow up on abuse.

What you can do right away

• Leave or delete rooms: Under "My rooms" you can leave rooms; rooms you created can be deleted for everyone. Rooms without activity are deleted automatically after 30 days anyway.
• Delete data on your device: Your game library, your list of rooms and your settings are only stored on your device. Remove them by uninstalling the app or, in the web version, by clearing the site data in your browser.
